Blocking the "Gecko/" Request Header will effectively shut down Mozilla. Is there a more specific way to block the use of AOL, and not Mozilla?
Also, where can I find more resources on how to determine "content type" and "request headers"? I feel like the list provided here is incomplete and enigmatic...

Great article, a lot of handy information. Unfortunately... I have tested everything you have wrote except importing the xml file into my ISA and no luck.

Test client that uses yahoo and msn messenger client still able to log on into the server....

Don't know what to do.... Help!
