Noble thoughts for those who do not have to support end-users. When have we forgotten that we are in a service industry?

Don't learn the new software and you'll be out of a career before you know it. Users do not care about your personal preferences, just that you can help them fix probles with their pc's (which will likely be sold with Vista and Office 2k7 within short order)
