Adopting new technologies
Great post! I like how it runs parallel with the ceoncept that the better you know yourself, the better decisions you're able to make about what you like/want/need. Same with your company. If you're a technology company, then you'll probably find yourself being an early adopter. But if you work in a paper and pencil industry, like real estate, then you'll probably find yourself in the latter categories.
The most important thing to remember however is just to recognize the needs of the company and then compare them to noticed trends. For example, security is a growing trend in the tech world and you notice that there is a great email security software available. Why not try to incoporate a little bit at a time.
As of now, we are moving into a more digital world and for those who are still pencil and paper will have their worlds turned upside down trying to catch up. I think it's important to always incorporate new technologies little bit at a time because you start to get the hang of it after awhile. Just don't be afraid of change.
