(by hovering my mouse pointer about an inch to the northwest of the image, but not on it), there was no way I could drag the image anywhere. There was a small triangle on the left side of the title bar, and what appeared to be maximize and restore squares on the right side, but they didn't do anything either, when I tried to click on them. I have an NVIDIA GeForce 6600 graphics card.

I considered using the Desktop Takeover program, but it got some negative comments and I didn't want to take a chance on it -- also, its home page seems to have disappeared. If anyone knows any more about it, I would be interested in learning more.
