I use Advanced System Optimizer which is a suite of utilities that are very useful - those same things you list happens to me when I use it. Often time it finds a number files in help and support and in other apps or programs that I think nothing is wrong. It is somewhat user-friendly. The Best thing to do is backup the register before using cleaners. oh ASO has a backup apps too. ASO is very useful to me.
