Hey guys... For example, to change the default program for edit vbs files, open the registry and goto : HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\VBSFile\Shell\Edit\Command
There change the default key to something like this:
C:\Program Files\NoteTab Light\Notetab.exe %1
To let NoteTab to edit these files.
