corporations have to pay competitive wages for h1 b workers - it is law. i have over 3,000 people working for me in the states - 91.2% are american, the remaining are on h1-b's. the pay scales vary only with experience. if i were to hand out less pay to h1 b workers, it would be illegal. no company does this, including yours.
