These updates take a huge amount of space and research shows it is largely used by programmers as it supports 6 programming languages. I don't program and when the system automatically updated the last version I noticed that the old versions are not deleted. i tried to al least uninstall the old versions but the system, my personal computer, won't let me. As the others asked, do we need Net.framework for home use XP?
Thanks. Trying everything to speed up the computer. Is there a list of services that should be automatic versus manual that effect the start up?
