why hasn't the ability to change individual cell sizes been implemented? once you make a column a particular width, every row in that particular column then adheres to the custom size Same for vice versa -rows/columns). There has got to be a better way than going to page 2, it is a waste of the balance of a table that fits on a single page. I also dont consider using word and inserting tables as a resolution because of some database requirements with excel files. Anyone got any bright ideas?

Your conclusions are right Mike, but you can't always say using word isn't a bad idea for some situations. Of course, if you know Excel well enough, it shouldn't be a problem to use solely excel.
I have not read the article yet. It is best to wait until the next post to ask this question.
