Nothing bugs me more in a resume is an inappropriate or silly email address. I don't mind if people use Hotmail or Yahoo mail. Often you won't want employment related email showing up on your current employer's email servers but don't use the cutesy email you have had since high school. To me, babybop182@hotmail.com is as bad as a bad haircut and untucked shirt at the interview...
