Anybody,... and I mean ANYBODY, who thinks that 10 years in school studying their particular "techncal field" and acquirng "certifications" can replace 2 years of required "Experience" clearly just doesn't 'get it'.

If they did 'get it' they would know that when the job posting requires 'experience' - trying to sell your 'training' will only get you chucked...
