The great achievement 2 years out of school with ACME Corp can go in the list of achievements instead of the list of 'scalps'. And only list an achievement it if it says something that still impresses. 'I topped my cadre in machine coding.' is irrelevant to most companies today and may go against you as 'out of touch' in even raising it.
