Report Offensive Message

I had multiple instances where when one particular printer in my office was set as the default printer, the user would have this exact issue you describe. When I changed their default printer to another printer, the problem went away. I am not sure what it is about this particular driver or its compatibility with office 2007 but this is my experience with this issue... hope it was helpful.
