I totally agree with the statement Compatibility Mode is REQUIRED not a nice to have.
I wish Steve and Bill would get a clue with their wonder children in the Gen X and Y worlds that they are not the most populus people and changing menus just to make them happy every few years is not really acceptable. PITA (Pain in the A_ _ ) is the term in my office for 2007. Especially when you have to tell users there is no compatibility mode for the menus.
