No, i don't think so
I don't think the perception is that the US is lazy.
My perception would be that despite working longer hours, not taking holidays, etc some people would be less productive than counterparts who take more holidays and work less hours.
More time at work does not equate to doing more.
Drill press..hey if a Hawaiian shirt, socks and sandals works..why not
