... as much as I enjoyed myself taking the pictures and bringing them to you! happy

One thing I found interesting was the predominance of English, and the lack of Chinese. Is that common for trade shows in Singapore? Asia?

Thanks.

Sharp observation
paulmah@... Updated - 20th Jun 2007
Hi TechExec2, that was a pretty sharp observation here. (So the pictures really spoke a thousand words eh)

You are likely to find much more Chinese in Taiwan and China trade-shows, but yes, it is quite likely even then that you will find more than adequate English to be able to find your way around.

Double ditto if it is an IT show or where an international audience is expected.

Where talking about Singapore in particular, an English-speaking visitor will feel very much at home here.

Of course, a local pal/guide would still be your best bet if you are keen to sample the mind-boggling varieties of Chinese/Malay/Indian/Japanese/Thai/Western cuisine that is... uniquely Singapore. happy http://www.sg

No kidding when I say one of the first things that Singaporeans miss when they go on extended overseas trip would be the food!
