Excellent job.
I just had this one issue on SBS 2003 Premium with ISA 2004 installed....
Under Enable use of the new SSL Web certificate
7. On the Web Server Certificate page, select Do Not Change The Current Web Server Certificate and press Next.
It did not actually work until I went into ISA Server Management console, selected Firewall Policy, Selected the appropriate Web listener properties under the Toolbox window. Selected preferences.
Under the SSL section/Certificate, I clicked on Select button to change from the old self signed certificate to the new Third-Party Certificate. Then clicked on OK. Then Applied Changes to ISA 2004
It kept giving my Internet Browser my old certificate, then Showing the old "The page cannot be displayed" Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The target principal name is incorrect.
This link gave me the clue
