Apple is the ultimate innovator. They take technology to new levels. They set the standard that everyone else builds from. The palmrest on a laptop? Unheard of until the Macbook had it. Now you can't find a laptop that doesn't have a palmrest. Look at the GUI. Before the Mac we have something that sadly resembles WYSIWIG and lets not forget WFW 3.11. Apple brought about the change.

That being said, very few people in business will adopt the iPhone because Apple does not do business well. Steve Jobs has done a great job of marginalizing the company and it will stay that way. Apple will get its 2% market share. More importantly, though, is that they have set a new standard for all other vendors to shoot.

Imagine, a Treo that has a browser replacement for Blazer that actually shows webpage (and not WAP).
