While it may be applaudable ethonocentricism to state that the "quality" of Indian and Chinese computer science majors and software engineers is less than that of equivalents in the US or Canada, that is not quite the case. In fact, it is dead wrong. "Their" software engineers are every bit as good as the best "we" can do, and in many cases, better.
