Doesn't Palm understand that their strength is their OS, that it is so much easier to use and more reliable than the various pocket Windows solutions? Sure the Palm OS needs some minor updates such as more than 16 categories as well as supporting sub-categories within categories but that doesn't warrant switching the OS. While they are at it, give it a boolean search too.
