I like the minimalist look and functionality of e16 for using a gui, but if I'm using a distro, most aren't including e at all as an option.

G.N.O.M.E. violates the anti DRM clauses in the GNU=GPL V3 so it cannot be used under the GNU-GPL V3.

I don't "theme" my gui at all, it is minimal resource config and will always stay that way.
