Second, as a newbie, you probably haven't noticed the 'Report as Spam' link. It's on the same gray bar as 'Discussion - Post x of y', just above the post title and at the right hand end of the bar. If you really feel Warco's post is racist (and frankly, I agree with you), re-open it, click the 'Report as Spam' link, and confirm you really want to do it. If the Powers That Be agree with you, they'll remove the link.
That said, we're pretty liberal around here about what you can say in a discussion. About the only thing you can't post are racist / sexist remarks, spam, and blatant obscenity. Off-topic and off-color remarks are not just acceptable but expected and on rare occasions encouraged. You may want to view the new members guide at:
