Just how hard would it be to 'shut down' the Internet where you live?

The reality is there are only 3 or 4 backbones here. Shutting them down would kill the internet in BC completely.

This is so hard ... Man I can not live with out the Internet. howcome I can not see google when I open my IE ??

Check IE Tools, toolbar and see if Google toolbar active

If not, go to google.com and load toolbar.
