Report Offensive Message

My clients not only frequently hold side conversations in meetings, but actually initiate phone conferences on cell phones DURING those meeting! The worst however is IM'ing their friends during a meeting. If I see it, I call them on it in front of everyone. And remind them that in a real company they'de be fired for that ****.
