Discounts
Corporate discounts are usually based on actual sales, contractual sales, etc. When you're a lone consultant, your reasons for discounting aren't always monetary -- job security comes to mind. What seems objective to me -- "well... over the next year, they have the potential to use me 10 times as much as you do..." won't sit well with other clients.
