I just had my first, and I know exactly what you mean; especially since my *father* is a programmer (and was since before I was born) so I remember what it was like to never know the answer to "momma, when will daddy be home?" It breaks my heart when I get home and Jarrett is already asleep. Luckily, he is young enough to still get me to feed him a bottle in the middle of the night and spend time with him, while giving the girlfriend a break.
