another great tip. You can type whatever you want in the Flag To Field and just ignore the ones in the drop down list, i.e. call, follow-UP. You can also customize the grid to display the Flag To field. To take it one step folder, you can group your Follow Up Search Folder by the Flag To field, so that messages with the same Flat To Text will be grouped together.
