As part of a large university, my organization has a lot of resources for users who are finding that computer work causes them pain.

The university Safety Office offers training sessions for groups, and will also come and perform an individual work space analysis. They'll make suggestions of changes that can be made to a user's task station, including recommending accessories that might be helpful, like keyboard trays and document holders.

Does your company offer any assistance for those who are experiencing health issues that might be solved by applying the principles of ergonomics? What products or techniques have helped you when you were experiencing pain? Let me know in the comments...
