I do it for all my cam-shots by openning the file with "Paint".

- Right click on the file
- Click on "Edit" or go to "Open With" and click on "Paint"
- Click on the text button "A"
- Create the rectangle to insert text and decide about its colour
- Type the text, and format it
- "Save as" the file with a different name to preserve the original
