Can u ping exchange server from your workstation?
If you can then try setup new profile in Outlook and see if that works.
If that also doesn't work check if Exchange can resolve any other user account.
If it can't then I) confirm if Firewall is not blocking anything II)Workstation is available on AD III) Try repairing/re-installing Outlook.
