I wonder if anybody can help. I try to print a long list of envelopes from Word 2003 bu with not much success. I First created a list of addresses in Excel (2003) and then I tried to merge it to Word 2003 and then print from there. Everything work OK until I arrive to the section "arrange your envelope" it presents a menu called "Header Record Delimeter" with two option "Fields Delimer" to which I choose a (,) and "Record delimeter" I left this box with the defaul option "none". I then obtain the follow message "Record 1 contained too few data fields", I click OK and it continue presenting the same message, only changing the number of the record. I checked the spreadsheet and it seems to have enough information.

I appreciate very much any help that enable me to print all these envelopes.
