Report Offensive Message

Like many other academic things, such as a Masters Degree, or a PhD, they are simply a piece of paper which says "The institution W certifies that X knows about Y to the level of Z".

I think it is safe to say that we can say that Sun Microsystems certifies that X knows about Y to the level of Z.

The question here is of institutional integrity.
