Instead, they should pull their head out, and match reality with perception.
As an example, one prominent, Director of a "World Class" Institution boasts how good the IT Security is at his facility.
One then can "Goggle" certain names and document key works. And the ITAR "Compliant" Document will pop up.
This is outside the IT security perimeter, using NO PASSWORDS!
The Qui Tam Lawyers still have no clue. And the Managers that enable this workflow should be removed from their post, but will probably be promoted.
