That was mostly pretty funny, and I feel your pain. I have to take exception to part of it, though:

"In my experience, I have never known the "web-guys" to get the 2:00am call on Friday night about an application that has died, or even show up in the lab while the rest of us were doing the "Walk of the Dead"."

Many Web folks get this, and some get it a LOT. Remember, the Web introduced a much wider audience (and group of developers) to "24/7 computing" and the need to start counting the number of nines in their uptime. I know plenty of Web developers who get the 2 AM call.
