Still, is it entirely right to blame what is ultimately a non-profit organization for the delays?

I didn't receive mine (I ordered on Nov 12). They don't even try to explain. What's upsetting donors is their arrogance, "Delay? So what? This is non-profit for poor kids. You rich donor should shut up." If they sincerely explain the situation, this outcry didn't occur.

It's not just that it is late, it is that they continue to be overly optimistic (lying) about their schedule, They said first come first serve. I ordered 4 of these on the first day and have been told that they 'will be here for sure' in the last of March. I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't want my children exposed to all of these untruths and the obvious lack of an understanding of justice. Who are these people?

there and investigate this. And I mean dig down and get to the bottom of it. If it is just total incompetence at least donators would know they had good intentions but;

yes, it's right to blame them - they had no problem taking the money, as quickly as was possible they invoiced the credit card companies for the full amount. many of us doubt if any have found their way into the hands of children, except those that were needed for the photo ops. some of us, a growing number, are gathering a class action suit against them.
