Exactly, IT will always be more of an overhead than a necessity in the eyes of executive management. Problems are not always popping up and when things are going good Jonny the Network Admin is entertaining a good game of WoW.

To administration IT is just another expense that seems to never bring in money but when the stuff hits the fan our phones are the first to ring.

Technically our job is to make sure everyone else can do their job... and better!
