Cost $2400.00 in 1982 dollars. I took these to work, printing to a Gemini Star dot matrix, and incurring the wrath of the company's IT department, when everything was batch processed overnight, if you had clout. Could get memos, project gantts, et al, out immediately to the team. Ran Wordstar and a spreadsheet, each stored on one floppy.
