I'm normally very quiet, and have learned to lead with gratitude and praise for others work.

Justin...everything you write seems to always be looking for the negative. You really do not need to be a critique of others, try praising the work of others once in a while and praise will come to you as well.

To those that run Tech Republic:
How is it that you allow Justin's photo (header graphic) on most of the work that Tony submits?

Tony deserves so much more respect than that!

Let's be fair and recognize those providing great value to the readers of this site.
