I just saw your posting. I have the same issue with my D510. I was told to try different memory. That did not fix the problem. Did you figure anything out? What where you talking about the micro switch? I pulled the adapter off of the board and jumped across the two jumpers. It just lit the middle light up just like the switch does. Send me any info if you can.
