Um I don't know where you are getting your info but we just recently more then doubled the amount of people here. That's including the number of all the nations here. I am part of the 24MEU. And we have upwards of 3300 Marines here. And the army has about equal. We have been slowy coming in within the last month or so.
And all we have heard since we got here is "we are glad you are here". I don't want to get into the other political crap because it gets to me to much. But I just wanted to point out that you are wrong on this point. Yes the canadians are with us in the toughest province. They have been bravely fighting and dying with us. But please don't say US have not been supporting you guys down here. Especially since most your guys are glad as hell the Marines (me) are here. And the Army have been here for a while.
