        <description><![CDATA[We have two employees who have iPhones for personal use, and they can have the server settings if they want for their email, but we won't provide support for user-owned devices including laptops.One of my users though required iTunes to be on her computer to sync/activate her iPhone, with updates disabled of course otherwise she would be hassling me to install updates for her EVERY DAY with admin privillages.]]></description>

        <description><![CDATA[We only have a few users who bought an iphone as a personal phone, then expense it out as a business phone. The 3 or 4 users want support for Exchange, but we as an IT dept. are not supporting them until apple offers true support for Exchange.]]></description>
