I'm another techie who has enjoyed Vista for the most part. There have been minor implementation hassles, not for me, but as I have helped others. Took awhile, for example, to find Lexmark updates so that my girl's new Vista could use her existing and very nice printer/fax/toaster oven.
It seems to me, to be fashionable to bash Vista. Maybe I just haven't had to perform some of the tasks, or run some of the apps, that other techs have had to. I never figured out why it was so fashionable to be nasty about Vista. Maybe someone will write an essay here and straighten me out. Feel free.
