Ah, but the salaries have to be better. The biggest issue is the traffic. The infrastructure has not grown with the expansion of the city. Hence housing prices have gone through the roof.

I agree with the poster. MS need to put more effort into hiring people that can fix their internal problems, not hire cheap labour that only adds to their problems.
