After fighting a monstrous NDR spam attack over the past three days, we finally had to block all NDRs using good old fashioned keyword filtering. Not what I wanted to do, but it seemed to be the only solution.
Can't we just be like China and tell all these spammers to "correct their profit-driven wrongdoing which is in defiance of public interests?"
