I think that there is a big difference between being a "drug" user and an abuser. I also think that the tech industry would be more likely to contain substance users, both from a creative perspective, graphic designers, web devs etc and then also because of the very taxing an heavy work loads and work patterns undertaken. Again though, theres a big difference between a user and an abuser.
