Dust isn't the only thing to worry about.
Yeah, I can believe it. I've seen Grease, Water, "Wildlife (Mice, Insects, and the things they leave behind)", Coffee, Mud, Cooking Oil, Milk, Fish Bones, etc.
One of the best. I dealt with Grocery stores for a little more than 14 years. The POS systems that we used are really nothing more than very specialized PC's.
At one store we were swapping out the old boxes for new machines. When we opened up the Checkstands to look for the Register Processor we found about 8 cubic feet of dust. It took our guy about an hour to vacuum out the dust before we found the Processor (We didn't dare look inside the Processor).
The job was supposed to take about about 4 hours, it was easily double that. I was suppose to get some sleep at the Hotel prior to the store opening the next morning, that didn't happen until 5 pm the next day.
