Report Offensive Message

I had a customer ring with a complaint that his brand new machine had a keyboard that was a "complete mess" with "mis-molded" keys.

After calming him down with promises of devine retribution, I asked how bad was the damage and he said the "f","j" and "5" keys!!

I then informed him that these are the home positions for your fingers when typing without looking at the keyboard.

He asked for them to be removed as they where hurting his fingers. I said NO.
