If no one can understand these idiots, why bring them here from Bangladesh??? Leave them there to become camel jockeys. They're not good for too much else. Most are idiots and if they can't spend the time to learn the English language, don't spend the money to bring them here. Most of my associates will not waste time trying to communicate with them! There are PLENTY of Americans already here that would be more than happy to accept new positions if the training were provided to them. Now, if Bill Gates could only understand this concept, he would not have to bring these people into this country and spend thousands to train them, teach them to speak and understand English, teach them to drive, buy them new cars, provide them with accomodations, et cetera, et cetera. And don't tell me they work for pennies on the dollar because I have seen the figures and most of these monkeys are paid more than I am. It just doesn't seem very logical to me (or fair).

No, we don't pay very good, so keep your job I always end up getting the "who do they need to talk to" or the "no one can understand the accent" calls. I get 7-10 cold calls a week from shops overseas wanting to take over development for us, for pennies on the dollar. We don't outsource, but I can see where that keeps salaries down.

Oh Jesus, not this stuff again.Development work just doesn't pay. Yeah, companies need it, but more accurately they need someone who'll take $25hr-$30hr with 10+ years of experience.Better yet, show me one company that can prove what they advertise. This includes the article source, Robert Half Technology. The author should be embarrassed for quoting them.
