QOS
QOS is getting increasingly important. Our Director of Sales is adamant about this. It is something that is really a distinguishing factor in the hosted VoIP world. Our product is a hosted VoIP PBX and we have had issues with QoS in the past. But by working with carriers and refining our technology we have been able to develop one of the most secure and reliable services in the industry. Last week, a few of our competitors had outages and the incident made headline industry news. No one wants a phone service that doesn't work all of the time and service providers have to invest in order to supply a service that keeps working. Redundancy is key here. Invest in your infrastructure. It is important for you and the customer.
