On my computer it refers to Admimistrative rights, are you logged in as Administrator?
I had the same hassles until I set my computer up with owner/administrator login and password....
If I were you I'd locate one of the IT's in this blog, and ask them the question...
I'm a music teacher...and I'm coming from experience..
